1. What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit card companies, along with Apple and Google Pay for your convenience. Not sure if we accept your card? Scroll down to the bottom of our website to see if your payment method is one that we accept.

2. When can we expect our package?

We have a processing time of 2-4 business days. Rest assured, if your order is placed, it will be shipped out within that timeframe. After that, it's in the hands of the parcel carriers!

3. Does the processing time change during holidays?

Yes. We will try to get your shipment out as soon as possible, but during holidays please be patient and allow us ample time to ship out your package. The processing time may exceed 4 days. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. This is a policy that we hope to introduce as our business grows. 

5. What is your return policy?

Currently, we only except exchanges if your package arrives broken or damaged (with proof). As our business grows, we hope to introduce returns and other policies to support you as our customer.
